Introducing Senior Colourist, Michelle
New Colourist at Marbles Michelle hails from Waterford, but relocated to Tipperary with her partner, after working as a colourist and travelling in Australia.
She started working with our Front of House team in the Hugh Campbell Hair Group, but it didn’t take long for her to miss her passion for hair colouring (after nearly 20 years working in the hairdressing industry it was in her DNA!). She received her initial training with Hype Hair Group an award-winning salon in Waterford, but Australia gave her an edge for colouring and a love for all things Blonde!
Michelle is gifted in all hair colouring techniques from classic to creative but specialises in everything blonde: with highlighting and beachy balayage being her favourite.
As well as being a talented colourist, Michelle offers in-depth consultations and tailor-made bespoke services taking clients preferences and lifestyle into consideration.
We asked Michelle what she loves about being a colourist?
“I absolutely love what I do, I enjoy coming to work every day, my happy place is colouring! I am a very social person, so the industry is the perfect match for me. I love the creative side of colouring; the industry keeps us on our toes with new trends and colour launches every season. This gives me the opportunity to offer clients something new and exciting even if it is only a small change. I relish the feel-good factor I get from knowing my clients are happy and confident leaving the salon.”
