Keeping You Safe at Hugh Campbell Hair Group

Salon Care Policy at Hugh Campbell Hair Group Limerick

Hugh Campbell Care Policy Panel

From Monday the 28th of February 2022 it is no longer a legal requirement to wear face masks. The public health advice remains that we continue to wear them in certain settings such as healthcare facilities and on public transport.

Our clients and staff are welcome to continue to wear face masks while in the salon if they are more comfortable in doing so, although, this is not mandatory. As normal life begins to resume alongside the easing of restrictions, we promise to remain vigilant in preventing the spread of Covid-19 by continuing to observe safeguards, that help protect your health and well-being. While pledging to have you looking good and feeling great again, there are some things you can do to help us keep everyone protected:

The Hugh Campbell Hair Group Care Policy is comprised of the following actions:

Before your appointment

Booking in advance is advised but not essential, walk-in appointments are welcome.

In order to continue to facilitate good social distancing, please prepare to come to your appointment alone.

Please arrive on time as we will not be able to accommodate clients who run late.

Beverages and magazines are temporarily unavailable but please feel free to bring your own.

We are still using disposable gowns and towels, please note these are lightweight and not as protective as our usual ones, so keep this in mind dressing for your appointment.

If you have any of the Covid-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment and follow HSE guidelines.

Face Mask Changes FebUpon arrival at the salon

You may be asked to briefly wait outside in a designated waiting area.

From the 28th of Feb 2022 it is no longer a legal requirement for you to wear a mask while in the salon. You can continue to do so if you feel more comfortable.

Please use the hand sanitising station on arrival.

We will take your coat to hang up in our cloakroom but there is very little storage space for shopping bags. You may hang up your own coat if you wish.

Some changes you’ll notice …

Our reception team may or may not be behind a screen and only one client can be in that area at one time.

Our basin area remains reconfigured, using screens to create a personal space for each client.

While regular cleaning has always been a part of daily salon life, all surfaces, tools and common touch points will be treated between clients.

Our team members will exercise hand washing and sanitation between every client.

We are committed to preventing the spread of Covid-19 and are actively promoting the HSE guidelines regarding hygiene and preventative measures.
