Future Generations

The Hugh Campbell
image awards 2007 took place in the groups flagship
salon Marbles on Cruises street in Limerick.
The brief was
inspired by the L'Oreal colour trophy competitions
structure and the entrants were asked to create a
total look using only L'Oreal products inspired by
the trends for Autumn Winter 2007.

The next generation
part of the show focused on the stylists and
colourists of the future. |

The runner up prize
consisted of a course of the winners choice with
L'Oreal and was awarded to Donna Keehan and Jenny
Kiely of Melo Yelo with model Jessica Lyons.

First prize of a trip
to the trend forecasting showcase Salon
International in London was also scooped by Melo
Yelo with Michelle Murphy and Olivia Delaney's look
using Siobhan Ryan as model.
The runner up prize
in this category went to the beautiful look created
by Marbles Cruises streets staff Karrie Fitzmaurice
and Jennifer O Connells presentation with model
Miriam Cummerford.
First prize also
stayed in Marbles Cruises street with Eimear Hayes
and Joanna Clifford's innovative creation receiving
the much coveted prize and bringing the perpetual
cup back to Marbles! Their model was Helena Bowman. |

The event was
coordinated by colourist James O Dwyer (Melo Yelo)
with the help of Ashley Mc Namara and many many
others.

Hair Show at the
Helix The Hugh Campbell
Hair Group Presented a Hair Show in the Helix in 2007. The highest honour in hairdressing.

L'Oreal Colour
Trophy 1996
Cyril Morgan and Trish
Sheehan with danish model Krestine Havermann swept
the board at the L'Oreal hairdressing Oscars, taking
the regional Award, the Image Magazine Award and
finally the L'Oreal Colour Trophy Award 1996.
